    The Major Action Plan (MAP) is your exploration tool designed to help you confidently declare your major and make career-related decisions throughout life.

    MAJOR ACTION PLAN STEPS:

    1. Complete your Career Readiness Inventory. Your Major Action Plan will be created based on the results of your Career Readiness Inventory.
    2. Create your Major Action Plan (MAP).
    3. Complete your action step.
    4. Update your MAP.

    The Flashes 101 course is designed to focus on students’ sense of belonging as they transition to ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ.  Flashes 101 will normalize help-seeking behaviors by empowering students to communicate their needs and locate critical campus resources.

    Enrolling in a course with other first-year Exploratory students, providing you with the opportunity to network with your peers and create study groups. Some of the courses include experiential learning components, which promote academic relevance, meaning and an understanding of real-world issues.

    Enrolling in the Career Navigation: Constructing the Possibilities (UC 20010) course during the second semester. In this course, you will learn more about your interests and strengths, make connections, and set career related goals.
