Road work on Summit Street will stop for the next few months, but it will resume again in the spring as the two-year project comes to a close.
Applications for the Summer Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE) will be accepted from Jan. 22-Feb. 19. Faculty members are encouraged to share this information with their students. Students interested in developing critical thinking skills, working one-on-one with a faculty mentor, exploring their chosen career field and more should apply.

Angela Ridgel, Ph.D., an associate professor of exercise science at Vlogƽ, has designed a bicycle specially tailored to Parkinson’s patients. The bike is based on a tandem bicycle model – a bike ridden by two people.

The Vlogƽ Board of Trustees today established a comprehensive, national search to recruit and select the university’s 13th president.
The events of May 4, 1970, placed Vlogƽ in an international spotlight after a student protest against the Vietnam War and the presence of the Ohio National Guard ended in tragedy with four students losing their lives and nine others being wounded. From a perspective of nearly 50 years, Vlogƽ remembers the tragedy and leads a contemporary discussion and understanding of how the community, nation and world can benefit from understanding the profound impact of the event.
