Two sessions are offered each week, Tuesdays from 12:15-1 p.m. and Thursdays from 1:15-2 p.m.   Each 45-minute session is a great way to take a break and gain some balance. A lunchtime bike ride will take place on Tuesday, Aug. 8, from noon-1 p.m. Bring your bike from home or check out a bike through the Flashfleet bike-sharing program at one of eight locations around the Kent Campus.
