Online final grading for spring 2018 first five Weeks (POT F1) began Friday, Feb. 16, via FlashFAST. Grading also is now available for any spring 2018 course section that was flexibly scheduled. The deadline for grading submission is midnight on Tuesday, Feb. 20. Any final grades for spring 2018 courses not reported in FlashFAST by the grades processing deadline will have to be submitted using the Grade Change Workflow. These spring 2018 courses will be available in the Workflow on Thursday, Feb. 22.

ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ's holiday closure for 2024 will begin Monday, Dec. 23, 2024, at 10:30 p.m. All offices will re-open on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025. Employees not eligible for the paid leave include student employees, classified temporary staff, temporary agency staff, short-term unclassified appointments, unclassified intermittent appointments and employees in a lay-off status. More information on the holiday schedule, including how employees should report time during that period, will be available later this month.
Testing Your Faith Act (H.B. 353) was enacted in the Spring 2023 semester. In ordinance with this bill, ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ created a new administrative policy for religious and spiritual accommodations. This administrative policy allows students to report up to three days of unexcused absences to participate in religious holidays or community-held events in alignment with their spirituality.
