After two days of heavy rains and intense winds across Northeast Ohio, the skies cleared, creating perfect weather for this year’s Akron Pride Festival, which took place on Saturday, Aug. 26, in downtown Akron. ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ 35 ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ students, faculty, staff and alumni gathered to take part in the Akron Equity March, which kicked off this year’s events.

Once again, ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ has been named one of the Best Employers for Women in a nationwide ranking by Forbes and marketing research firm Statista. ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ has been named to the list for the sixth consecutive year, having been included each year since Forbes began publishing the Best Employers for Women list in 2018.
