Molly Merryman, Ph.D., associate professor in ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ’s School of Peace and Conflict Studies, received a double dose of prestige recently when she was invited to speak at both the University of Cambridge and the University of Oxford in England in the same week.

Student Recipes Spice Up Black History Month Menu Options

In a celebration of Black History Month, ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ Culinary Services has transformed the month’s menu into a melting pot of different dishes. Led by Executive Chef Edward Shawn Hardin Sr., Culinary Services is offering a unique menu built upon students’ family recipes, highlighting the diversity of Black history.
